How is bulky furniture shipped?
Barber chairs, wash units and styling stations ship on pallets via freight carriers. Tools and small accessories ship as standard parcels.
When do I see the freight cost?
Parcel rates appear at checkout for small items. For pallet orders we confirm freight by email — use Request a quote or contact us before paying if your cart contains bulky items.
Can you deliver to ground floor / with liftgate?
Yes — tell us about access restrictions in your quote request. We coordinate delivery windows with the carrier where possible.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We focus on EU trade customers shipping from the Netherlands. Contact us for special export requests.
